Men's Hostel

        The Vidyapeetha has been maintaining three hostels for Men students, namely, Seshachala, Vedachala and Garudachala.  The Garudachala Hostel is exclusively meant for P.G.Students.  In these Hostels, two separate messes with attached kitchens preparing and serving exclusively North Indian and South India cuisine are being maintained for the benefit of the students hailing from different parts of the country.

Women'Hostel

       The Vidyapeetha has a separate hostel namely Sri Padmavati Chhatravas for women students.  All the women students from Prak-Sastri to Vidyavaridhi are being accommodated in the Hostel.  A mess with a kitchen is also maintained in the women's hostel.

       There is provision for hostel accommodation to all the regular students.  no student can claim a set in the Hostel as a matter of right, nor can he/she continue to stay in a particular room all the time.  The decision of the Warden/Deputy Warden/ in the allotment of the room is final.  The students admitted into P.G. Diploma and Certificate courses will not be provided hostel accommodation.  Hostel admission for the Ph.D and M.Phil students is subject to the availability of accommodation in the respective hostels.

        The students seeking admission for a second course at Sastri/Acharya/ M.Phil Vidyavaridhi level (horizontal moment) are not eligible either for hostel accommodation or for scholarship of the Vidyapeetha and social welfare department.  The students will be required to give an undertaking to abide by the rules in force in the hostels.
